Discover your voice, build characters, and boost self-awareness in this fun 2-hour workshop.
Want to learn more about writing? Interested in learning more about yourself? Come and explore both in this 2-hour experiential workshop aimed at people who like to improve their writing skills and self-awareness in a non-threatening fun way.
The session is facilitated by a published playwright and a mental health expert who is an aspiring writer.

● People interested in self development using writing.
What is it?
2 hour session with a short comfort break in the middle
To improve writing skills and learn about yourself in a fun and non-threatening way
- No one is expected to share writing unless happy to do so
- Anyone who does share writing will not get an opinion unless expressly asking for it.
- Attendees are asked to leave their phones on silent during the workshop
- If people experience writers block or emotional reactions, they are encouraged to write about that instead of following the direction of the task.
- Sticking to the rules of the task is encouraged, it is not law
- Please listen whilst others talk and no interrupting.
