Terri Ralls

Terri is currently Head of Community Development for Victorious Festival – a family friendly music festival in Southsea, Portsmouth attracting over 160,000 visitors each year.

She was previously Head of Procurement & Budgeting for Victorious Festivals Ltd for 6 years. Her areas of responsibility were organising the operation and infrastructure to build Victorious, she has enjoyed helping other events including bring the Bronze Event Controller in the Onsite Event Control Room for the National Commemorative Event to mark the 75th Anniversary of the D-Day Landings for Portsmouth which around 500 Normandy veterans, 14 heads of state including President Donald Trump, Prime Minister Theresa May, the Queen and The Prince of Wales attended. She also worked on building and delivering Portsmouth Beer Festival, Portsmouth Summer Show, Americas Cup World Series 2015 and many more alongside a very talented and lovely local team members, some of whom she helped nurture and have now progress to take over that role for her so she can move into her new role.

Prior to Victorious, she worked her way up over 7 years from Events Assistant to Events Manager at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Working on and delivering launches, events and exhibitions such as international launch of the new Mary Rose Museum, A Victorian Festival of Christmas, Navy Days, Les Mislerable (Universal Pictures) Costume Exhibition, and collaborating with LOCOG for the Olympic Torch Relay, Nova for The Great South Run and the BBC for Stargazing Live.

Terri’s aim is simple, to see Portsmouth thrive. With a proven track record for achieving big things in Portsmouth within a small timeframe and with a limited budget combined with her positive and jolly demeanour we’re confident Portsmouth Creates is off to a great start.
